Irena Bílá practices law as an independent advocate, focusing on legal advisory services in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, the law of obligations, contracts and labor law.

Irena Bílá’s career as a legal practitioner extends over the last 15 years; previous stations on her path include the Prague offices of White & Case and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she was involved in a number of high-profile projects, representing domestic and international clients from the ranks of corporations, banks, private equity investors, but also private individuals.

Irena Bílá played a role in implementing or assisting major restructuring and transformation projects, domestic and cross-border mergers and corporate takeovers, as well as the establishment of companies, and the creation of joint ventures.

Since 2004, Irena Bílá has been a member of the Czech Bar Association as an advocate (attorney licensed to practice Czech law). She is registered under Czech Bar Association license No. 10133.

Irena Bílá co-authored the commentary to the Czech Transformations Act which was published by C.H. Beck.

Lucie
Vávrová

Lucie Vávrová practices law as an independent advocate, focusing on legal advisory services in the areas of financial and banking law, capital markets and securities, and commercial law including corporate law and real estate law.

Lucie Vávrová has extensive experience with debt financing and share transactions; she participated and advised on the simultaneous admittance of a company’s shares to trading on both the Prague and the Warsaw stock exchanges. Last but not least, Lucie Vávrová is also involved in the area of labor law and outplacement and advises on business ethics and non-financial reporting.

Lucie Vávrová’s career as legal practitioner extends over the last 10 years and her previous stations include the Prague offices of Allen & Overy and Norton Rose. She further deepened her corporate know-how while working for two years as company secretary for New World Resources Plc.

Since 2006, Lucie Vávrová has been a member of the Czech Bar Association as an advocate (attorney licensed to practice Czech law). She is registered under Czech Bar Association license No. 11354.
